What is Hotel Management?

Hotel Management course is professional course, which educates the students to prepare for the career in the hotel and hospitality industry. The Bachelors in Hotel Management ( BHM) Degree in) is a three year degree program. Graduates of this course are prepared for their future roles as Managers in the National and International hotel and hospitality industry management positions in a wide range of industries. As entrepreneurship is encouraged at Shri Shakti college of Hotel management, graduates of this course are also prepared to start their own businesses.

Degree in Hotel Management gives the students a wide spectrum of jobs to choose form. Where as, a specialized degree reduces the chances to choose from. A student can only decide about his specialization only after Industrial Training.

Shri Shakti college of Hotel management is affiliated to Osmania University Hyderabad. On successful completion of the course student is awarded a Bachelor's in Hotel Management.

Do you own hostel facility?

Yes. Shri Shakti College of Hotel Management is attached with a 30-bed hostel. Allotted on First come first serve basis to the students. Two minutes walk away from college.

What is this Industrial Training in Bachelors in Hotel Management ( BHM)?

A BHM student has to complete a 22 weeks of industrial exposure training in the 2nd year 2nd semester in reputed hotels of India. As part of the curriculum Shri Shakti College of Hotel Management takes the responsibility of providing Industrial Training. During the training the student is paid a minimal stipend.
